Arthur Estes
November 10, 1931 - December 9, 2009
Arthur V. Estes, son of the late James Edward Estes and Pearl Newell Estes was born on November 10, 1931 in Delta, Missouri and departed this life at his residence in Dexter on December 9, 2009 at the age of 78 years.
Mr. Estes was a retired school bus driver for Marble Hill Public Schools, of the Baptist Faith, and a resident of Dexter.
On July 2, 1955 he was united in marriage to Lois Shepherd in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Mrs. Estes survives of the home in Dexter.
Besides his wife, survivors include two brothers, Floyd E. Estes of St. Louis, Missouri and Willard H. Estes of Zalma, Missouri.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Marie Massa.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 11:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Friday December 11, 2009. Funeral services will then be conducted on Friday December 11, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
